Tallow In-Frame Shaker Kitchen

A warm Tallow-painted in-frame kitchen with granite worktops, moulded Shaker doors and symmetrical storage around the range cooker.

This in-frame Shaker kitchen is finished in Farrow & Ball Tallow, a warm neutral that works naturally with the room's stronger wall colour and granite surfaces. The framed doors and moulded rails give the cabinetry a substantial, furniture-like quality.

Design, Materials and Practical Details

Tulipwood painted joinery is combined with oak cabinet construction and granite worktops. The range cooker is centred within a symmetrical bank of drawers and cupboards, while glazed wall cabinets and integrated wine racks provide lighter display elements around the corner.

Careful planning keeps the working triangle compact and leaves generous stretches of preparation space. Tall housings and open shelves incorporate everyday appliances without interrupting the traditional lines of the cabinetry.
